Meltables are heat-sensitive products - chocolate, gummies, some cosmetics - that Amazon's warehouses only accept during the cooler months. Each year Amazon publishes a window (roughly mid-autumn to mid-spring in the US); outside it, FBA refuses meltable inventory and existing stock may be removed.
