Amazon FBA fees in the UK in 2026 are a referral fee, a fulfilment fee and storage. Amazon adds a fuel surcharge to the fulfilment fee (2% from 2 November 2026) and a 2% digital services fee, and UK sellers pay 20% VAT on fees. In our example, a £15.99, 300 g toy pays £5.25 per sale before VAT and £6.31 with it.

Amazon FBA needs a barcode on every unit, an FBA box ID label on every box and four labels on every pallet, plus warning labels on bags, sets, dated products and heavy boxes. The US and UK limits differ, and two of Amazon's own help pages disagree on expiry dates and box weight.

Amazon allows dropshipping only when the customer can see that you are the seller of record, and it bans having a store or another Amazon seller ship your orders in their name.
