Comparisons / Keepa
Keepa is the data, not the scanner
Keepa tells you what a product has done. Arbitrage Hero applies the filters you set to hundreds of store catalogs and returns the products that pass, with Keepa charts on every result. The buying decision stays yours.
What we say about Keepa here comes from their own site.
Why sellers move from Keepa
Keepa answers a different question
It shows you a product's price and sales rank history in extraordinary detail. What it will not do is go and find the product, compare it against a retailer's price, or work out whether the margin survives Amazon's fees.
You get Keepa charts here anyway
Every Arbitrage Hero result carries the Keepa chart. The history is not the differentiator between tools, because everyone has it. What a tool does with it is.
The decision is made for you, not just illustrated
A chart still needs reading. Arbitrage Hero applies your ROI floor, minimum profit and sales rank limits to hundreds of thousands of products and returns the ones that pass.
What each tool does
The same six capabilities every tool on this site is measured on, plus markets, trial and price.

| Wholesale price list matching | Lists of any size | × |
| Reverse search (ASIN or storefront) | ASIN, category, storefront | × |
| Repricer | Included at every tier | × |
| Inventory and COGS tracking | FIFO COGS, restock alerts | × |
| Chrome extension | Amazon and retailer pages | The industry standard |
| Marketplaces | Amazon US and UKsee the store list | All Amazon marketplaces |
| Free trial | 3 days, on the monthly plan | Free browser extension; data subscription is paid |

Everything in the Keepa column - the capabilities, the marketplaces, the trial and the price - was read from Keepa's own site. Vendors change packaging and prices; check theirs before you decide. Ours are always current on the pricing page.
Reasons not to switch
Where Keepa beats us
No tool wins every row. These are the reasons to stay where you are.
- Depth and accuracy of historical data. Nothing else comes close, which is why it is embedded everywhere.
- Every Amazon marketplace, not just US and UK.
- Its API is the backbone of a large part of the seller-tool industry.
- The free extension alone is worth having whatever else you use.
What switching involves
- 1
Start the trial and set your filters once
Enter the ROI floor, minimum profit and sales rank limits you already buy on, then save them as a preset. If you run different criteria per category, save one preset each.
- 2
Re-run the retailers that were already working
Your winning stores stay your winning stores. Scan them with your preset and rebuild the pipeline from fresh prices rather than importing stale finds.
- 3
Upload one supplier price list
If you buy wholesale as well, upload a list and check the matches against what you know is true. It is the fastest way to judge the matching quality.
- 4
Connect Amazon for the repricer and cost tracking
This is the part most of the tools on this page do not do at all. Turn on the repricer, and let the inventory manager pick up cost of goods from your first purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I still need Keepa if I use Arbitrage Hero?+
Not for the charts on your search results - those are already there. Plenty of sellers keep a Keepa subscription anyway for deep manual research and for its alerts. The two do not conflict.
Can Keepa find profitable products on its own?+
It has product finder and deal tooling inside Amazon's own catalog, but it does not scan retailer websites and compare their prices against Amazon. That comparison is what an arbitrage tool is for.
Whose data does Arbitrage Hero use?+
Amazon's own SP-API for fees, offers and eligibility, plus Keepa charts for price and rank history, plus our own scan of retailer catalogs for the buy-side price.
Try it against Keepa on your own retailers
3 days free on the monthly plan. Set your filters, scan the two stores you know best, and compare what comes back.
